What Garamio is

Garamio is an app that helps you keep track of your car's documents, deadlines, costs and service, and sends you reminders. It is provided by Robert Trifan.

Your account and fair use

• You are responsible for your account and the data you add.
• Only add data and documents you are entitled to use.
• Do not use the app to break the law, disturb other users or try to access other people's data.

Deadlines are informational

Reminders and deadlines in the app are a help, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for keeping your car's documents (RCA, ITP, road tax and so on) valid on time, including when a notification does not arrive or a date was entered wrongly.

Country information

Country information is indicative only; check the official source before you travel.

Premium

• Premium is offered monthly, annually or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime through the App Store or Google Play, in your subscription settings; cancelling stops the next renewal.
• Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play, not by us.
• If we change what Premium includes, we may, at our discretion, keep the benefits of those who already bought it.

Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the app working, but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features; for important changes we will tell you. We may update these terms, and the date above shows the latest version.

Limits of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for fines, losses or damages resulting from missed deadlines, wrong data or the app being unavailable. We do not limit liability where the law does not allow it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Your consumer rights, including those that cannot be limited by contract, are unaffected.
